Don't expect to last
These collars were great at first, much easier to use than the spring clamps, but after less than a couple months (in a garage in low humidity Southern California) the foam pads came off of the collars and had to be scraped off the bar. I do not recommend this poorly designed product.

would be good if it didn't break on first use.
on the first use one of the collars broke. i dropped the 115 barbell from shoulder height and the plastic lock broke. very disappointing as the collar itself holds the weight very well up until then. i was only 25 minutes into my workout.
