Do these fit Philips 9030?

they are compatible with bernafon, oticon, philips and sonic devices. They all come from the same factory.

Do these have double vents on them

Yes, there are 2 bell shaped layers.

How do you measure the dome to ensure the correct size?

I bought the 6mm power domes to replace the open domes I was wearing. The bottom opening of my open dome is just under 3/8" or 6mm. The power dome itself is a bit smaller, as it fits deeper inside the ear. Power domes are a big improvement for me.

They’re good.

These are the real deal from Oticon. I was getting these for free from my hearing aid guy, but he has retired. I didn’t have a local vendor so I figured I’d try Amazon.

Oticon Replacement NOT Genuine Oticon

These are "Oticon Replacement Domes" but they are not made by Oticon. Genuine Oticon products have "Oticon" on the package.
