Lennox Hastie has produced a book that is every bit as good as a meal at his excellent Sydney restaurant, Firedoor.

I am delighted with my copy that arrived today ..it is brilliant and I highly recommend. Lennox talks about his learning experince at high end dining establishments that all changed when he went to Spain and fell in love working with smoke, flames and high temperature coals. The book then continues to give exciting new ideas for recipes based on various ingredients with the common theme that he insists on getting the very best.
