Just got this product delivered and we are very happy with the quality and efficiency of it. The suction power is very good it picks up even the smallest of dirt from the floor. The battery charges fairly quickly and last almost 30-mins on medium mode. Over all a great product and at the price we got it...is a real steal !!

Wanted a cordless vacuum that would be handy and easy to use to clean our house. So during my search I came across this product from Eufy by Anker.It is really handy with multiple attachments for different surfaces and areas. It’s amazing good suction power just sweeps in the dust, hair, particles etc. very efficiently.Its very easy to use on sofa, chairs and AC ducts as well. The battery life is also very good and can clean the whole house comfortably with just single charge.Also cleaning the dust collector after the vacuum is really hassle free. I am happy that I chose the right product.

If you don’t have a lot of thick carpeting in your house and your place doesn’t usually get very dusty or dirty and you want a less pricey cordless vacuum cleaner for every day light cleaning then this one will suit you well. Otherwise, you’re better off investing in a pricier one with a stronger suction power because the strongest suction power on the eufy HomeVac S11 Go is not even strong enough for deep cleaning hard floors and it only lasts for about 8 minutes on that mode. Also, you have to keep your finger pressed against the button to keep the power on as you’re vacuuming and while this is a common feature in most cordless vacuum cleaners, it’s not the most practical or convenient.Its battery is detachable and easy to charge, though, which is great. Charging time isn’t very long, either. It is lightweight and it has a light on the front of the big motor head which is very helpful and convenient for vacuuming in dark corners. It has a nice design and looks very sleek and modern but it does not easily or securely stand on its own against a wall, you have to place it in its charging stand which requires drilling holes into the wall to hang it up. Otherwise, you have to place it against a wall sideways at an odd angle, which can unnecessarily take up more space and make pausing in between vacuuming between furniture or different areas a hassle.It does have a lot of handy and useful attachments, and a flexible hose attachment that most other cordless vacuum cleaners lack. However, since its suction power isn’t great, those attachments mostly go wasted because there’s not much you can properly clean with them.Since I live in a house with tile floors and no carpeting, I have mostly enjoyed using the eufy by Anker HomeVac S11 Go for light vacuuming and, overall, it’s not the worst cordless vacuum I have tried but certainly not the best. If it had stronger suction power and lasted longer, I would have easily given it 4 to 4.5 stars but as it is now, I rate it 3.5/5 at most. It would be great if, for example, the battery could be upgraded to offer stronger suction power...and for a longer time. I know there is the Infinity version of the same vacuum which has a longer running time but the real issue is the lack of suction power.*Update: I now honestly wish I never purchased this cordless vacuum cleaner because the company, Anker, would not stop arguing and pressuring me through emails to change my review to a better one, going so far as to imply I don’t know how to use the vacuum cleaner and even bribed me with another battery pack and a 20 percent off discount. Buyers, BEWARE, the reviews are either completely fake (and submitted by employees that work for the company) or as a result of being BRIBED and NOT coming from a completely honest place. I initially purchased this cordless vacuum cleaner for 799 AED on June 2nd, 2020 and since they were offering a 100 AED coupon, I was able to get it at 699 AED (but it’s not even worth that price, honestly.) A few days after I made my purchase and after I submitted my review to Amazon, the price was DRASTICALLY increased to 999 AED! This company does not care about honest and ethical business practice and they do NOT deserve our money! Unfortunately, since I have already used the vacuum cleaner a few times, I doubt I will be able to return it for a refund.

During these days of staying at home, I decided to buy myself a hand stick vacuum. After a lot of research I decided to go for the Eufy S11 Go. Not only did it have the best features/specs but also the price was quite competitive as compared to similar products. I have been using it for the last few days and so far the suction is great and it picks up dirt with ease. LED lights are really helpful when cleaning dark areas. It comes with attachments for different cleaning applications. I also like that the battery is designed to be detachable and lasts long enough to clean the whole house. All in all, I'm very satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to buy a new vacuum cleaner.

Used the product now for almost 3 months. The product is working perfectly and meets all the descriptions as specified. After sales service is amazing. Had an issue and was sorted out swiftly without any hassle. Thanks to Mr. Rasheed from ANKER.

اشتريتها من ٤ اشهر بالبدايه كانت رهيبه من قوة الشفط و الاضاءه و المكنسه الرول ..و بعد فتره بداء يقل الشفط و الاضاءه لاتعمل و رول المكنسه لايدور والان متورطه فيها ماانصح بالشراء و ممكن يكون في افضل منها

هل يوجد صيانه للمكنسه ؟لأنها ماتشحن حالياً

بعد يوم واحد من الاستخدام ظهرت لي لمبه حمراء تؤشر ان الحراره مرتفعه ويتوقف عمل المكنسه ، واصبح يتكرر هالامر كثيراً ، اريد معرفة اذا كان هذا الامر يحصل مع الجميع ام ان هناك عيب في السلعه المباعه لي ؟؟

تم طلب صيانه تحت الضمان لوجود صوت المكنسه اتوقع المكينه خربانه وتم طلب ارجاع المكنسه
