This book absolutely blew me away, and if I'm being honest, I'll say that I never even expected it. I consider myself an open-minded person. I have a background in neuro linguistic programming and and whole body health through alternative medicine, but for some reason I never really got into EFT Tapping. This was the book that changed my mind and I'm so grateful that I forces that be in this world brought this amazing book into my life. It is an amazing read from start to finish and I can't recommend it enough to anyone who is struggling with something in their life that they feel is time to change. This is the book that will help you do it.

I enjoyed this book. So much detail and thought went into it. From a practical perspective, the guides were very easy to follow. I began tapping within a few minutes of beginning this due to the simple instructions (there were a couple of clear pictures to where all the tapping points are.The book also covers sentences to say and how/where to tap to solve a bunch of problems, including anxiety, weight loss, controlling cravings and addictions, shifting your mindset, amongst others. There are also additional chapters on mindfulness and the law of attraction. Overall, I found this to be a very helpful book, especially if you have a number of the issues listed in the table of contents.

I was about to quit reading the book when I first read the introduction which gave me the impression that this book is a curriculum vita when the author started telling his experience with tapping and how he started it. For someone who doesn’t know much about tapping I was expecting to read a brief definition of tapping and its benefits. Anyway that was what I found in the first part of this book. The rest of the book is great and it helped me to learn about tapping and how it is used to release anxiety, depression, and many other illnesses.

This was the book that changed my mind and I'm so grateful that I force that be in this world brought this amazing book into my life. It is an amazing read from start to finish. This book was specially designed for those who were emotionally ill and wanted to be healed. The book gives you practical tapping scripts. Overall, superb and much useful book

I think this book will help me reduce my anxiety levels, I've never heard about EFT tapping before, but I gave it a shot anyways. I just want to reduce my anxiety naturally, I don't want any more medications to drug my body. I've only tried a few tapping techniques and I think it is helping me relax a little and reduce stress level. I have to try it out for a longer period before being sure if it really works, but so far so good!. Recommended!

I genuinely took in a considerable measure and plan to hone these instruments. This is an extraordinary read for learners to EFT and I can very suggest this book as I am now utilizing it.

As someone who has suffered from intense and debilitating migraines for many years I admit I was skeptical that eft therapy could work for me. I've been to many doctors, chiropractors, and tried all kinds of homeopathic and natural remedies but none of them worked. I thought I was doomed to suffer forever. This was two years ago before I heard of Randal Lawrence and before I bought one of his other books. When I finally gave in and tried eft tapping for the first time I was blown away! It gave me instant relief I thought I could never have. The universe has a way of bringing you what you need in your life and just when I was feeling I wanted to go deeper into eft this book came up on my Amazon feed. I bought it right away and it has been even better than I expected. Honestly, this is an opportunity to change your life that only comes around once in a lifetime. Don't let this one pass you by, this book is worth 1000 times what it costs!

EFT has helped me during gripping panic attacks. The author made tjis very easy to understand and it's applications are endless. Power Up your Affirmations!!

This was one of the better books I've read about EFT Tapping, and I have read many! The book is structured perfectly as it begins with the basics and leads into the more complex and theoretical stuff. I'll admit that tapping looks weird but anyone who has seriously given it a go knows that it really does work wonders.

I've used EFT previously and just needed a refresher. This book is very good for beginners and will guide you through how to use FER for self help.

This is a very interesting and informative introduction to EFT tapping which, coupled with the various techniques outlined in detail in this book, have clear benefits. I especially liked the links with mindfulness and affirmations which I have found of great benefit. Recommended.

Sorry didn't like it. Wasn't doing anything for me.

I discovered tapping recently in a book on switchwords, I tried some basic tapping and found the effect on my emotions very positive. I decided to pick up a book about EFT so I could read about it more in depth. The first thing that puts me off in this book is the grammatical errors, they stand out like a sore thumb. The second thing is the authors voice and writing style, it feels fake and is very hard to read. I made it through the first few chapters of this book before realising the long winded tapping methods, the 'script' is not for me. It was a struggle to read and I found my mind wandering. This book on EFT is not for me and his methods do not feel right.
