Plasticty but sounds better than stock
I used it to replace the midrange woofer on my w212 mercbenz rear door speakers and it sounds great. The foam around the cone feels fragile . Hoping it will last. I did not hook up the tweeters nor the crossover filters as i kept those stock.

Wasted my money
These speakers sounded like a can of sardines, I don't know why it has a lot of good reviews. I wasted my money.
