There are no ingredients listed on pencils that I see & they just come in a clear wrap. I am allergic to a lot of eye pencils & this one never gives me any trouble. Pencil says made in Italy.

Q: Does this come with plastic packaging?

Mine (green) came shrink-wrapped.
