DO NOT BUY!!
This software is absolutely terrible. Constantly crashes during programming! The direction they are trying to go with the effects generator is amazing but they just can't execute it in a stable software. This is the same software developer as ADJ MyDMX 2.0 and it shows! Both are super buggy and unreliable. I tried out both Daslight and MyDMX 2.0 on Windows & Mac and had to return them. I ended up with Chauvet ShowXpress and it works great. ShowXpress' GUI does not look as nice but it has yet to crash on me after 3 months of programming and running my light shows. I have also transferred my show files between Windows and Mac and the same file will run flawlessly on either platform! For those looking to get into the lighting software world and not drop $1000+, ShowXpress is the way to go!
