Good product
This is very easy to use. In less than half an hour it was up and running. Works fine for the intended purpose. It's not a fancy system which can be used to assign customers to different windows, but it works very well for a small office.

No Instruction Manual
Product is fine but it didn't include an instruction manual, and I can't find a downloadable copy of one.

Worked but not a durable product as expected for the $$$$
For the price I thought the quality of the materials would be better. But it worked for our event. Kind of confusing to connect the wiring with very small print instructions.
