Can i put the whole 40lbs on one handle?

No, the max is 34lb. bar: 3lb collars: 1lb all plates: 30lb (4x2.5lb + 4x5lb)

Where can i get extra weights from to add on the the dumbells?

I believe any standard one inch weight would fit the bar. Amazon sells separate weight plates in various weights.

Smallest weight with these? I’m looking to just start adding some weight lifting to my work outs

According to the description, the bars are 3lb each, the collars are 0.5lb each, so the lowest you can go is just the bar at 3lb, then 4lb with the collars, followed by 9lb with the 2.5lb weights.

Amazing quality and amazing price!

I have been looking for affordable yet high quality dumbbells for several months and these are so perfect! They are 2 x 20 lbs so ideal for me as I didn’t want to spend e tea for additional weights which I didn’t need. They are made of high quality material in a semi gloss finish. They’re easily adjustable and come with a case, making it quite compact for storage. The case is very average in terms of quality, it doesn’t close securely and opens very easily, but I didn’t need a very sturdy case so this doesn’t affect my rating! Personally I didn’t have to pay for shipping and the price has already gone up so I’m glad I bought them as soon as I saw them!
