It just makes sense. Thank you C virus.
As a first time user & installer, I'm giving this product a positive review.I had to drill a small hole in my bathroom vanity to run the hot water, & the install went off w/o a hitch. The system came with an adapter and a small amount of pipe tape, so I've seen no leaking so far.Gaining the confidence to adjust the temp to allow for hot water has been a bit challenging after I sent too hot water to clean my bum. There is more than enuf pressure to wash away anything undesirable & that too is adjustable.I guess at this point, you could say my family are converts, never to worry about running out of TP again.

You will have to spend 3 times more money to make it working properly
Plastic hose won't work long time. It will blow up because of hot water expands it. You have to buy two valves for cold and hot water to adjust proper water pressure. Instead of plastic hose you have to buy long compression hose (the one that used for dish washer machine. For cold water I also bought long compression hose with the valve because it is not good idea to connect it to the toilet water due to possible infection. In order to connect new hoses to the bidet you have to get cupper adapter with proper size. After that after have a year bidet started leaking because its mixer handle cannot keep water pressure. Now I have to buy from Amazon two 12 volt solenoid water valves and install timer switch and 110 / 12 v power supply to turn on/off solenoids to interrupt water when bidet not in use. I am going to install these two solenoids between valves and compression hoses, plus timer switch. In total these bidet cost me around $200 plus headache and labor time. Because of original plastic hose which blew up twice I had flood. Lucky that flood took place when I was at home. Now I will try to replace this bidet under 1 year warranty but not sure will they replace it. If anybody knows how to claim warranty, please let me know here. I would better buy more expensive bidet from first time than this POS.

Pandemic Paper Alterntaive
Never wanted or needed one until the TP iasles were bare at all of the local stores for a month. This was the least expensive model I could find that mixes hot and cold water. Our towns water is stored in towers up in the air, and the thought of being doused by an icy stream in January... Let's not go there! The install went really easy except for the instructions for tapping into the hot water supply line, which is, well, NOTIONAL in the instructions. It took me two trips to the hardware big box store to find a solution that allowed tapping into the old copper supply tubing under our bathroom sink. The item that solved the problem for me was a flexible braided supply line that is designed to attach to a cut off copper supply tube using a compression fitting at one end. The other end screws onto the threaded barrel that sticks up from the cut off valve under the sink. This will also attach to the T-fitting that comes with this bidet. In summary, this works fine. Now that it's warmed up, we no longer have to wait for the hot water to make its way over from the water heater. But we'll be looking forward to having it again next winter!

Hot and cold attachment
I had to return it as it does not fit the newer high toilets. Also, in order to connect to hot water line your faucet must be located right next to toilet. But not good for older homes with older plumbing.
