Arrived on time, good to have this product again. Ran out a few weeks ago. However I had been using Lechithin to lose and maintain my weight and it works! Great to have it back. Value for money and will definitely (spelt correctly), be back for more as and when. I dropped several dress sizes and felt much healthier when using this before. Would recommend using it. However, if on medication, tell your doctor first.

Absolutely fantastic! I used to take lecithin as a student at university and I think it is one of the best natural ways to keep your brain going, feel in one piece and be able to focus, concentrate within longer period of time. Got back to Solgar Lecithin last year and taking sub-dose has make the difference in my busy life style. You cannot overdose on phospolipids:) Great stuff from Solgar. I recommend Oregano oil as well.
