How is this different than seabond that’s disposable n no mess?

You soften it in nearly boiling water and it does turn into a silly putty consistency. Your press the needed amount into either your upper or lower denture. Then you press the denture onto your gums as usual (taking a mold of your gums) remove your denture and allow to cool completely. My mistake was continuing to wear it while the putty was still warm. You can save any excess and use for future refittings. I have had mine a year and a half but would recommend replacing every 6 to 9 months. You can reshape multiple times. After it cools and sets, it isn't gooey. It can peel off the denture and be cleaned with lookwarm water. Mine has begun to break down after using "effervescent" cleaners.
