Can you use red rubber foam stamps with the positioner?

The tool uses cling type stamps. So the redrubger stamp has a cling back then it should work.

Yes, there are both measurements on the product.

What is the size of the acrylic block for stamping?

It’s not a block. It’s a plastic or clear acrylic platform with two magnets at the top that attach above the score board area. At the bottom are two rubber pieces so that after attaching your stamp and placing your paper on the scoreboard ( using the supplied magnets) you push down (both the top and the bottom allow “give”) and stamp. The platform is approximately 5-1/2 x 8”

Does this board make the bows and boxes like on the 123 punch board also?

This all in one board does make bows and boxes. I do not know how this compares to the 123 punch board.
