Don't like the cap, and not travel friendly.
The product itself is fine, but I don't at all like the cap. The whole blue container is larger in EVERY dimension than the previous white 40 caplet container.I emptied the ones from the blue container into the previous one so I don't have to mess with the blue cap.The smaller white 40 caplet version is also much more accommodating to travel!

Arthritis pain. This product helps me sleep through it.

Should be used to stay wake
Waste of $$$...toke it three night a round ppm and I stayed up ..had maybe 3hrs of sleep til time to wake up for work
