Q: How long is the strap?

Again, I bought mine in 2017, so it may have changed again. The strap on the one I have is about 50 inches long; it can be adjusted if you want it shorter

Q: I did not get the removable sleeve with my bag. Has anyone gotten the sleeve? Any recommendation on how to get it?

Well the pictures here clearly show that there is a REMOVABLE, padded laptop case. Not sure why anyone would not expect it to NOT come as displayed. The old version of the bag (from at least 5-6 years ago -- which I have), does have a removable, padded case.

Q: is this bag waterproof?

I believe it is. The material seems to be nylon.

Q: My laptop measures 15"Lx10"W and the diagonal of the screen is 17.5" from left-lower corner to right-upper corner. Will it fit?

It would be a very tight fit - Even though this is an awesome bag, I would suggest a larger bag.
