Not suitable for Canadian weather!
I liked the price, but the camera itself even with the solar recharge system is not suitable for cold weather! Also Reolink itself is a very difficult seller to deal with. Out of all the things I have ordered through Amazon, Reolink is my worst experience ever! Although I will not be using the second replacement camera I bought I will not request a refund so to save a bit of money not paying Canada Post to take it back!

Won't stay connected to wi-fi
I bought a bunch of Reolink products and although some worked okay in the beginning, now all of them drop their wi-fi link regularly. Once they drop the wi-fi in some cases I have to delete the camera from the software and reinstall it or it will never reconnect on its own. When they worked they were great, good image, and seem well built, but the dropped wi-fi has me replacing them one by one. I have Blink cameras and Ebitcam cameras and this never happens to them so it's not the wi-fi.

Handy, Solar Powered WIFI Security Camera & Dedicated Solar Panel
So far I've purchased two of these cameras. I've had the first camera for roughly 5 months and I have not experienced any issues. The camera works 'as advertised'. As for the second camera, which I purchased ans installed roughly 3 weeks ago, I noticed a 'problem' regarding the charging of the camera's internal, rechargeable batteries. In a nut shell, the solar panel did not appear to be properly charging the batteries. In an attempt to diagnose the problem, I removed the camera and charged the batteries using a suitable USB charging cable. Once the batteries were FULLY charged, I reinstalled the camera and it appears that the solar panel is now properly charging the batteries. I have no idea why, but the 'charging problem' appears to have been resolved. The camera is now functioning properly in all respects. I am curious to see how both cameras function through a good ol' Canadian Winter.

Great service department
I was very displeased with it at first because of the instructions to get it started, the QR camera did not work correctly, and it was a bit mis leading as how to get around the problem, but got it corrected now, but the service department, the north American one has absolutely great, 6 stars to lan, they hear my displeasure around the set up and the overseas help line. To make my comment short, camera works very good as of now, but more so the service will be there for you,

Pas impressionné du tout vu le fait qu'elle se déconnecte souvent
Après une journée à essayer la caméra à l'intérieur je suis quand même assez déçu elle passe son temps à se déconnecter me dis souvent impossible de se connecter au réseau même si j'ai un bon signal wifi à une journée la batterie a descendu de 20 % c'est sûr que je fais des tests mais bon si je ne règle pas le problème de déconnexion je retourne le produit dommage car la qualité de l'image est très bonne et j'ai remarqué aussi autre point négatif qu'on ne peut pas parler avec la caméra sinon le son est très mauvais je continue à tester et si je trouve le problème de connexion je viendrai mettre 5 étoiles....Apres essais a l'exterieur plusieur fausse alarme elle détecte les ombre causer par le soleil donc fait de fausse alarme a plusieur reprise par jour par contre... apres 3mois detection aleatoire des fois je passe devant et ne detecte pas change de couleur limage devien rose je ne conseol pas cette achat
