Inaccurate readings
Unfortunately the reader is not calibrated accurately and does not record accurate dB readings. I have compared with 2 other readers and it is consistently different.

Over all seems to work great
I used it to check the exhaust noise on my bike prior to getting an out of province inspection completed, the device told me it should just pass the noise bylaw and it did indeed pass so I'm assuming it was somewhat accurate.

Spl meter... well worth it!
Showed up next day and it put a smile on my face. Easy to use and clear instructions. The only place I'm lost at is the plug they sent that looks like it's for a mic. Maybe to charge just don't know how to use it. Works like it should plus a six months warranty. Couldn't be more satisfied!
