Cats are about an 1 or 1 1/2 inch long. You would likely need a magnifying glass to do much more than an all over color change.

Are they wide enough to drill a hole in them to be used as a pen topper?

It would have to be a very tiny hole, but possible I think

Smaller than expected

These are smaller than I thought they'd be, but that's entirely my fault. I should have read the description more closely. I bought them to go with my kid's other plastic kitties and they don't quite measure up. The paint job is also pretty poor, but they look just like the picture provided by the seller, so I'm not upset by that, but I still took off a star since some reviews showed a higher quality item.

Totally worth the price. I bought these for my sons 5th cat themed birthday party as well as some Schleich brand cats as well . For his cake and for the goodie bags for the kids that cake to his party and they were exactly what they showed to be. Good price for the quality. Fast shipping too !

Different Cats Than Original Picture!

These cats were perfect for our daughters cat cake! I was able to wash them without the paint coming off and they didn’t have a strange odor. The only downside was that the color patterns of the cats were different than the original picture.

You do not get the cats that are shown in the photo. The cats I received were in different poses and did NOT have the nice detailed paint as shown here. Not recommended.
