Only half of strips ( on one end) can glow in dark after charging (See picture). The glow in dark straws need SUNLIGHT or OTHER FLUORESCENT LIGHT to charge them before put into dark place. Fluorescent table lamp is best source for charging. We always examine the glow of our strips before shipping.
