This means they don’t contain BPA, BPS or any other phthalates and nasty chemicals that are found in plastic. food grade silicone is a great safe and eco-friendly alternative to plastic. They are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and are safe to use in the oven at lower temperatures to reheat food (up to 355 F / 180 C). The lids are made of LFGB-certified food-grade silicone, and are also safe to use in the oven at these temperatures.
