Started taking this supplement to help brain health and have loved it! Good quality product that does what it says it will.

Excellent organic source of resveratrol. I used to buy their combined ubiquinol / resveratrol product, but I realized for the same money I can get 250 mg of resveratrol instead of 40 and purchase the ubiquinol separately, which I do from Now Foods. And the cost is pretty close to what the combined product from ReserveAge was (it seemed like it kept going up)I started with the 100 mg of resveratrol, but that was not available this time, so I bought the 250 mg. I am quite sensitive to what I ingest whether food or supplements, and if my body does not want them, I KNOW! So far, taking these two together seems to give me a nice healthy bump of energy in the morning with coffee (organic of course) and a little food. With the combined product that I used to buy, it seemed like after taking it a while, it 'appeared' to bother my stomach and I'd have to stop taking it. But, since I switched to the Now Foods ubiquinol and just take the resveratrol separately from ReserveAge, so far, it seems to be working well.I hope that this is somewhat helpful to others...

I love this stuff. I started taking it at about the same time as we began digging a new pool and building a new deck. My husband was sore throughout the process. I have a back injury and normally suffer from all kinds of back pain. As we began our project I was really concerned that I might not be that helpful or would end up at the Doctor. I also added a Collagen vitamin at the same time as well. I was occasionally sore but was "recovered" by the next day and did more digging then I ever had. I worked all day and most evenings for several weeks and my back feels great. I know it sounds too good to be true and I don't know if it was the combination of the two or one or the other, but I am absolutely sold. Also during this time, everyone in my family ended up with a really bad cold, except for me!! Normally as the mom, I am the 2nd to get it and usually get a second round before my family is through. I can't say enough about this! Try it, I am so glad I did!!
