Great for what I needed
I have nerve palsy in my right hand. This is a great piece to not only work on strength and flexibility but also sensory portion if you roll it up and down your arm. I suppose in this sense it would also work great for stress !

Firm Squeezer to De-stress
Firm and that’s what I wanted; something strong to grasp. I feel adults would appreciate the size; large avocado. I also like the knuckle hold. Nice quality. I would recommend this product.

Strengthening grip ball
Needed to strengthen my grip, post op. This flex ball was great. I brought it to my last PT session seeking approval from my Physical Therapist for use during my at home therapy. He gave it a thumbs up. It is well made, durable and reasonably priced. The rough texture at times soothes the scar tissue buildup.

Does the job.
I bought this to exercise my left (dominant) hand. I fell and broke my humerus in 5 places up near my shoulder and am in an immobilizer. I wanted something to preserve my hand strength and some range of motion. Darn...I turned 78 This week and had never before broken a bone !!!This ball is nice because it has the finger grips to keep me from dropping it.My only issue is that I wish the ball was "squishier" like the stress balls.Thanks.

Fun to use with relief
The ball is ideal and does the trick. It feels relieving for a while but of course it is just temporary.
