Not a strong as some flex arms but enough.
It's enough for a gopro or phone but it doesn't hold up right well with a light and microphone added on the phone.

Strlng and sturdy
I have this on my honda talon and put on the gopro when we go riding. It’s pretty strong and strudy and for the rides being so bumpy, it dtays steady. You just need a place to clamp on and I highly recommend it

Not sturdy enough...
Unless you are gonna set this clamp on a still setting good luck keeping it from turning over. As you can see i shortened it and its the only way i can use it without it moving from set position, i used it while driving down the road and the vibration of the toad eventually caused it to tilt. Its not sturdy enough. Meh...

Pleasantly Surprised
The media could not be loaded. I was not expecting this guy to work quite as well as he did. All plastic, so no idea how long she'll last. But I put her through the paces on a wild, 100 mile offshore run in 3 foot seas and she got beat to death... but never let go. This has become my go-to gimble for my mobile phone, it's just been more easily adapted to the various places I need to set the camera. I railing on the jetty or boat, the center console of the boat, a countertop for amazon reviews... it resolves more needs than any other mount I have used (and I've used a lot).This product replaces my Guerillapod, a $35 pole-mount for 4" pipe, and in many cases my traditional tripod. Also... I love that they do use clips at the base and the top of the arm. Makes it far easier to customize for my needs and easier to switch between multiple cameras/mics etc. For the price this is a very well put together product and one that has become a mainstay for us. You look me up on YouTube and you are going to see me using this for some pretty insane fishing trips, guaranteed.
