I got this as a last ditch effort to drop some lbs and build muscle before going on a bachelorette trip. I'm surprised that it does not make me jittery, does not upset my stomach, and gives me plenty of energy to get through my workout. I don't love the flavor but I mix it with water (as directed) and just take it as a quick shot and drink plenty of water later. I haven't seen the scale move, but I see some change in my body after only like 3 weeks. I'll definitely be finishing the bottle and if there are good results I'll buy another!For reference, I'm 30, female, I was a college athlete, but I'm lazy and a little overweight now lol. I usually spend about an hour in the gym doing cardio and strength training.
