Very nice app that reads the device over Bluetooth and graphs the temperature and humidity. Easy to pinch to zoom to zero in on a reading or to get the big picture.I used three of these to determine where the hot spots were in my house. I had my AC balanced and compared with the tech's thermometer. It was spot on.You can see on the image that things are very balanced now. Great tool!

I have had this sensor since October of 2023 & it’s now June of 2025. We live on the Mississippi gulf coast where temps can exceed 100 degrees with 100% humidity. This past year we ended up having a snow fall, 10” to be exact and my sensor looks like it just came out of the box so it’s very durable. I have never changes the battery and it’s still going strong. It is accurate with temperature, humidity, barometric pressure and VPD. I have an app on my phone which helps me keep track. It loads all the data when it connects to my WiFi. This little thing goes anywhere & pacts functions with ease of use. I highly recommend it!

These work great! I keep one in each freezer at home connected to the WiFi gateway (sold separately) and I can monitor from anywhere. When going on trips or travelling, it is great to know that your food stays frozen and safe in the event of a power outage or equipment failure. Only drawback to this system is if the internet or wifi go out in the house, you will lose connectivity - but if you are nearby, you can connect via bluetooth. Additionally, we have an RV and keep it next to the house, so we have some in there (fridge and freezer) and it can also connect to the home gateway. When we travel with the camper, you can use them on bluetooth if you are nearby. I highly recommend them, a great idea that really works well.!! Easy to setup and includes an app that is easy to navigate and you can set your own alerts for hi and low temp and humidity. Great product.

I ordered a gateway and 4 of the HT.w sensors. The gateway setup easily. The app and online dashboard are both very nice. One issue I had was that one of the four sensors did not work. I swapped batteries with a working sensor and it would still not connect. A little disappointing, considering this is one of the most expensive sensors of this type on the market and is made in the USA. I checked the battery with a meter after it would not connect and then again after a couple hours and the voltage dropped by 0.4 v. There is obviously some sort of internal problem. Will return this one and order a new one. I hope this is just an infant mortality issue and not a long term quality issue.....

this product is excellent, very accurate and delivers a lot of data and the capabilities of notification and the reliability are amazing. I have now had these for over a year and I can tell you that they work, no issues with communication or anything else.
