No, I've used it in my Halloween village for landscaping, and it works great!! I use a foam cutting tool and it retains it's shape. Good Luck!!

Go to Hot Wire Foam Factory website. They sell an excellent glue called Foam Fusion. It provides a very strong bond & doesn't damage your foam. Several sizes are available depending on your project. You can't go wrong!

This product could work for archery, but you would want to encase it in a fabric to keep pieces from chunking away from the edges on shots that were less accurate.
