thought i had hit the jackpot but I didn;t see a difference in my mood.Update I have noticed that they do calm my nerves when I take one a day. It does seem to work. I took Ltheanine and it made me feel jittery. But this seems to have a more calming effect on my nervous system. So I will purchase again. However a three stars because I feel its too expensive and you have to take too much for a dose.
