North American Bear Company Flatopup, Black/White, Medium

When my daughter first received this bear at age one it wasn't one of her favorite toys, but a year later I pulled it out when she became obsessed with "Go Dog! Go!" It was quickly elevated to top nighttime snuggle status. And, when her obsession with the book faded she still kept "Puppy" as part of her nighttime menagerie. When our dog recently died unexpectedly Puppy became her constant companion while she worked through her grief. This puppy is perfect for kids to hold and carry. Being washable is a huge bonus. I wish more toys were designed with wash ability in mind.

These "Flat" stuffed animals are my kids favorite. My kids each have two. My son won't go to school with out his doggy. They are just the right size to cuddle with. Not too big or fluffy, so they are good for be (once they are old enough to sleep with stuffed animals).

This is the first I've purchased from North American Bear Company, and dare say it shall not be the last. These plush friends are very well constructed, and wash beautifully when done according to instructions.As stated in the product description they are not a large, overstuffed plush. The near flat body gives them a unique characteristic, which makes them perfectly 'huggable' for little arms. Our little boy simply loves playing with them!North American Bear Company got every detail right with the Flatso line, so I hope to see them expand it with other animal characters in future.

My daughter loves this floppy dog so much. I picked up a second one to throw into the rotation so we're never without one. They go through the wash nicely and hold up to regular toddler abuse. It's a very sweet and snuggly little dog.

so cute and fluffy. is a gift for grandaughter. it is just about her size. she is 3 months old. i am sure she will love it

My daughter loves dogs, and she enjoys hugging this soft one from North American Bear company. It is a good size and I like that these toys can be washed. However, when we opened this new toy, I quickly discovered that the ear wasn't completely sewn shut (or the glue didn't work?). I think other reviewers have also discovered this. It's still a nice product, but they need better quality control.

Every child should have one ( plus a backup)

I ordered this toy over others because I thought it was made in America. When it arrived it was tagged with the North American Bear Company tag with "made in China" very small. Although the dog was ok I was so disappointed. It does not list the country of origin on the description or I would not have bought it. This is false advertising to me. Very disappointed.
