This waist trainer is great, it allows your body to produce sweat whether through a work out or just a day of doing chores. It also provides support to your back if you get achy and doesn’t roll down. Down side the inner material strips/shed and stick to the skin so I wear a top underneath.

I wanted a longer wider belt and this is actually wider and longer than I thought. I probably should have looked at the description better. This would be a great belt for a big body individual.

Not much for results.

This sauna belt isn't the way most belts I have purchased & reviewed are put together. They use one solid piece of the material that goes up next to your body. It's quality. So the basic thing is they use better materials, & they use a good stitching, to hold it all together. Better product.

It is wide and enough to cover my chubby abdomen. Lol . Quality is good. Would repurchase. Wish it was bigger sizes for chubby men. This one is small for for my bf.
