I would suggest just investing in board and foams.
Lumbar molder was a waste of money. My doctor gave me a lumbar triangle at the office post-op which did the same thing and was way more comfortable (plus it was free). I tried it a few times but it was very uncomfortable. I used the lipo foams regularly in combination with the board and “faja”. Foams were comfortable and I cut them to fit around my frame.

Not bad
The foams are amazing but the molder is ok. I used it a several times but I didn't feel it was going to hep long term. Maybe had I had it in the first week of recovery it might have worked better because I was more swollen. It helped with adding compression but beyond that I'm not convinced it helps with long term results.
