No. Test strips have to be "instant".

What strips does this device work with? the same for instant ?? or for instant s are different?

I bought the same brand strips. Works great at the moment.

Nice meter, but you can't see daily readings in memory

I bought this meter for travel, and it is a very nice meter. However, you can only read your last glucose reading by pressing the only button. When you press the button again, you get 7 day or later averages. The only way to get the readings is to use the software (not available for my Mac laptop). So, overall, very disappointed.

The Pen did not work

The pen did not work for me.Rest of the test went well. The process is well explained and overall quite easy

Poorly designed

Test strips are inserted extremely deep into the meter. Very little of the test strip is exposed. This causes you to get blood on your fingers every time during removal of the test strip. Meter reads lower than the three other meters I use for a daily average.
