Update: So after getting in contact with support, they were kind enough to send me a replacement after explaining the issues that I was having. Now that the microphone issue is settled, I'd like to say that this controller comes with a lot considering it's value. You're given the utility of a pro controller (back buttons), you get a variety of thumb grips (like kontrol freeks) which you can use if you'd like, there's rubber grips for holding the controller that you can slip in. For what it's worth, this controller comes with a lot. Oh and there's also the turbo function and I'll just say it's crazy.This controller does everything it says it does. The Turbo function works, the programmable back buttons works. However I have an issue where my headset microphone does not work when plugged in the controller. I'm able to hear through the headset just fine but the headset microphone does not work and I can't communicate through it. As someone who's always talking and playing with friends, this unfortunately ruined the product for me. I'm not sure if it's a hardware issue or just that microphones wouldn't work in the first place.

I play tons of video games and every time I see a new cheap controller with back buttons I buy them to try them out. So here are my thoughts on this controller.Pros:It feels good in the hands not super light and cheap like some 3rd party controllers feelBeing able to switch the D-pad and stick so it is more like an XBOX controller is huge for me as I prefer that style of stick placement. I'm a Playstation guy.Cons:You can remap the back buttons but cannot use the turbo function on the back buttons which isn't a huge deal but it would be better if ALL buttons could have the ability to do turbo.The back buttons are small which isn't a problem but they are so close together that if you have bigger hands you end up pressing both buttons so what I've done is programmed the same button on both right back buttons and the same on both left buttons. That way when you accidentally push a button it doesn't matterBased on previous con the 4 back buttons should really only be treated as 2 back buttons which is still pretty good.If you run Kontrol Freaks on your sticks you will be disappointed as the sticks are smaller in diameter so kontrol freaks won't attach. The controller does come with some cheaper rubber stick covers that serve the same purpose so this isn't a deal breaker as the rubber ones the controller comes with allow me to have the same movements in games as I did with Kontrol FreaksOverall:I'd give this a 7 out of 10 I'd buy again. Don't let the cons scare you I'm just picky. It's a pretty solid controller and being able to swap the Dpad and stick is an awesome featureHope this helps someone searching for good quality 3rd party controllers

1- cheap materials, joysticks not durable at all. My game requires the left stick to be always in forward motion, after 3 months I have issues with it, it moves by it self. 2- the life battery itself does not live long. 3-I bought 2 controllers at the same time from this specific Model. The first one I bought stop working after the first month, didn't bother because I had another one. JUST PLEASE AMAZON BE CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU SELL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I’m not going to lie this controller is awesome!! Definitely worth the price and also no input lag or high deadzone on the analog sticks. Pretty easy to rotate the thumb stick with the d pad. At first it felt weird while playing but after a while you get used to it. The only thing I wish was better the battery life it charges quick but doesn’t last as a DualShock 4. Oh and lastly the back buttons is awesome as well it took me a while to get used to them and I only had the back attachment for the DualShock but this has 4 so kind took a while to get used to. And when programming make sure the feature for back buttons are on so read the manual on how toSo after a few months the left stick started to have issues for some reason and made my character viewing camera spin non stop. But I did contact the vendor and their customer service was amazing they responded within the the first 24hrs not only that they replaced my controller at no cost. So this is definitely a good buy and I do strongly recommend this controller.

As many people know as far as controllers (on pc at least) the ps4 controller has had some of the lowest latency, well this controller is not known for having that, the latency is 10ms or more. Another issue is the buttons, specifically for my controllers, my square button just doesn't seem to ever register. I play a lot of rocket league, and playing at at a high level, I notice that when I am holding my square, I don't air roll/power slide until I let go of the button and press it again, but at that point, its too late and I miss my shot. same thing happens to my triggers and it doesn't seem to go away regardless of if I am using wired or wireless. If I just have defective units in this issue, I will gladly edit this. The swapping mechanism is a cool feature and the main reason I bought this controller as I am a big fan of the 360 controller, and I loved the 360 layout, but I hate the xbox one/series style controller buttons, and this has the dual shock buttons. All in all a cool controller and great for the price, but needs some work to make it truly an above class controller for the price, hopefully this is seen and can be used as guidance on how to make a controller far superior to the ps4 controller or competing swappable controllers like the eswap pro and the astro c40tr controller.

im a gamer for years and i been using this controller for more than a week and this controller is really bad,it has a big delay the battery life is not the best,you can really find better controllers at that price,and also the delivery was delayed and it took 5 days more to come so i dont recommend buying this

No sé le puede dar más de 3 estrellas por las razones que tengo:1- trae una tarjeta que te obliga a puntuar con 5 estrellas, muy mal marketing.2-tengo problemas con el micrófono, no detecta cuando estoy hablando, solo se puede escuchar.3-mi solucion al micrófono, fue sacar el audio directo de la TV y conectar mis viejos turtle beach Nico.Seguiré probando y si salen más defectos reescribire está reseña
