Q: Can i just mix this in to some chocolate milk with a spoon or do I need to blend?

Well.....you can try but I blend (blender) mine in with yogert, flaxseeds, fruits i.e. banana and blueberries and 1/2 bottle of green tea. It has a strong & distinct taste. I would think the taste would pretty much stand out in chocolate milk!

Q: How long does this last once it is opened?

These naturally-occurring amounts are below California’s Proposition 65 standard, which is one of the strictest labeling regulations in the U.S. The voluntary settlement agreement with the California Attorney General did not include any finding that Amazing Grass’ products violated any product safety or labeling law, and does not require the products to be reformulated, recalled or discontinued.
