Hard to put together
Unless you are extremely strong don’t bother buying this. The plastic is very hard to bend to put it together. I will be returning. I think I hurt my back just trying to put it together

Highly recommend this stretcher!

It’s not that bad but the arches are to big for my back
It’s honestly super easy to put together and use but the arch is too big for my back but works perfectly for my boyfriend. If we could make it like an inch smaller then it would be perfect!

The spikes hurt my back a little bit and when first putting it together it was very hard to slide in place. Does make my back feel better though. Oh and the ball sucks. It’s too hard for me

Don't buy, it's worthless!!
This product is horrible!! Its just plastic. Put together with some spike's!! No relief what so ever!! Knew it was to good to be true!! It didn't stretch anything!!
