This product is really well made and designed. The clamps that come with it aren't the best, which but those can be replaced. It makes many tasks with the shaper infinitely easier and then it would be without it. Shaper provides super support for all their products in my experience.

I got this last week and my first through was “this is super well packed”. I excitedly unboxed it and set it up. The instructions are OK but there are YouTube videos they did that are better.I only got to use it for a week before one of the support arms snapped off from the body. It provides a pretty important function including supporting the shaper, so I’ve lost a lot of the functionality of the device - including the support bar for the origin. Ruined the piece I was working on too. I’m really bummed because I purchased this rather than making a jig myself because I thought I was getting something accurate (true) and reliable (guess not).

The workstation is great but... it's not as robust as I would expect for something that lives in a wood shop.I snagged my jeans on one of the support arms and it snapped off. I expect tools like this to handle the odd bump that comes with life in a workshop and this is clearly either defective or made from a material too brittle for purpose.Shaper have refused to honer the warranty and it will cost $164 to repair, I'm unhappy.
