One of the best purchases I have made
Perhaps one of the most beneficial pieces of equipment in my gym bag. Thank you for the poster. When my Mom was doing physical therapy, they used this and it increased her mobility and flexibility. When I used her strap, I too increased my flexibility. One of the best purchases I have made.

Perfect Non-Stretchy Stretching Strap
Great product and great seller. The strap helps you stretch, but it is not stretchy itself. As such, it's different than many yoga bands; but is exactly what I need for PT type stretches.

Excellent exercising tool!
I'm recovering from knee replacement surgery and this tool is invaluable for stretching exercises. The booklet is great too for a lot of helpful stretching techniques.

Wrong type of band
I didn't realize this was nylon and thought it was stretchy. I will be returning just because I thought it was a different item
