Pretty simple assembly. After stacking the two tiers, one of mine is a bit crooked. It appears to have just been welded a bit crooked.One of the hooks for hanging fireplace tools broke off at the weld today (see picture), after just over 3 months of use. And the tool that was hanging on it hardly ever gets used, so it wasn't due to wear and tear.

With my low expectations these days I thought this would probably be too flimsy to hold much wood but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s very sturdy and durable and holds quite a bit of wood. No bending, sagging, or wobbling. Also love the firewood carrier that came with the rack. Again, much better quality and durability than expected.

I'm a heavy wood burner with A wood stove and have really enjoyed this rack.

Really great product, it’s for a small smoker in my backyard. It does just what I need it to do, I would have given it 5 stars but one of the hooks was broken, it’s not a big deal since I only need 2 hooks anyway! This is not a big rack at all the stock photo outside of the home could be misleading.
