No fans. It relies on passive cooling and hefty heatsinks. The base unit does not include an SD card (or micro HDMI or power supply). You should consider buying the 'kit' if you need those.

Is this the full kit, similar to "4b full official desktop" with all accessor.., SD etc? I bought the other thinking it was this all in one keyboard.

When I bought this (Feb 2021) it was just the Pi 400, NO accessories which was not what I expected. The description suggests that it includes an SD card and micro HDMI cable, but it does not. When contacted, the seller said the description in the listing had been changed and was wrong. Fortunately I had those parts on hand. If you need the SD card and cable (and you will need a USB-C power supply) you can probably find a bundle that is a better deal.

So the sd card is 16gb and the system ram is 4gb?

The Pi 400 has 4GB of RAM. The product offered by this particular vendor does NOT include the SD card, or any other accessories you might need (power supply, micro-HDMI cable, mouse). You can find complete kits, for less, from other vendors.

I bought this and after it shipped I looked at reviews and the questions then I got worried no accessories came with it. But I got everything that was listed which includes The Pi 400 built into the keyboard, USB wired mouse, Micro SD 16gb pre-loaded Pi OS, power supply, & micro-HDMI to HDMI. It even comes with a book to teach you about Pi’s so I would recommend this and you can even wipe the Pi OS to put anything on it such as Kali.

Incorrectly advertised as 16gb of RAM

This is falsely advertised as 16gb of RAM, when it is actually 4gb. I paid extra shipping to get it here for Christmas, and now I’ll be returning it. Do better.
