Very bad quality ,and smell very bad mold rotten wood , disgusting, also you can't get refund ,how do you sell this products ,ridiculous

The product smells mouldy. Even when opening a roll of cinnamon it smells horrid. Apparently I can not return for a refund.

Not good cinnamon - almost tasteless - dont waste your money

These “cinnamon” sticks have never as much as seen cinnamon. I was going to use them to make mulled wine with but they smell like moss or mould. It’s a disgrace not to be able to get a refund for this.

Bought to make table settings for Christmas Day and thought they'd add a nice scent! Nope! Gross, they smell of mould and dust. Very poor quality. Buyer reported to Amazon as I can't even return them!

As per other reviews - this is very poor quality, no cinnamon scent / taste whatsoever, better off getting from the grocery store. Complete rip-off.
