Just as the therapist wanted.

Works great. The therapist set it up and showed me how to use it. This is one of her favorite tools for hand and or forearm injury, It helps me get my strength back in my hand and forearm.

Grip strengthener

I really like how there are five different weights of bands because you can go from very mild to extra extra strength. Easy to put together, easy to operate, and stores easily. It is brittle plastic and even though nothing has broken on it, I am concerned about the little clips on the sides. They don’t seem to be as strong as they could be. But, so far so good! I do recommend this product.

Exactly same that’s used at Mayo Clinic for hand strengthening!!

I bought this product for my daughter. Her hand was seriously hurt in a work place accident. After 3 surgeries she is now working on strengthening her hand and fingers I found this on Amazon and it is the exact same her therapist has her use at the Mayo Clinic. Best money ever spent!!
