Leaked all over.
This product did not work at all for my elderly husband. First of all they run small so it was very hard to get the shorts on him and then it leaked all over everywhere. I applied for a refund and a return and ask for porch pick up and it is still sitting on my porch. I sure hope they pick it up and refund me.

Works only when I am standing up
Ok, first off, no instructions came with this urinal. I had to look at pictures and check similar items on Amazon to figure out how to use it. The first time, I left the vent open and drenched my trousers. So for my second try, I made sure that the vent was closed and I shortened the tubing. Also, hike the pants up as high as you can, as though you were trying to give yourself a wedgie.This time it worked.I read the reviews about this product leaking. Today, I had a need, and so I tried using it while driving. Bad idea for me. It leaked for me and so everything got thrown into my washing machine.So, if it doesn't work while sitting, it is no surprise that it doesn't work while laying down.Positives. It does work when standing up. It is not very expensive (it was on sale when I bought mine) And, it is comfortable. The size guide is very helpful. Although I am 5'5" tall, I needed to buy a size large.I am going through radiology therapy so I am keeping mine. I have one more week of therapy to go.

It doesn't leak!!
As a truck driver a place to relieve myself is always in short supply. This device is a game changer!! I can now focus on my route without the distraction of hoping to find a bathroom.The boxer briefs are comfy too with a tight elastic waste band. I've found that the capacity of the bag enable me to relieve myself twice before it needs to be emptied.I'm very happy with my purchase and I know you'll be too!

Way too small for an adult male. Why are the large only big enough for a teenager?
