Like the product. Ceylon is the best choice.I take this with every meal in addition to my morning and night. It never helped with my fasting blood sugar. I have been taking it for years. I am trusting it helps with my peak blood sugar, but I do not measure to know for sure.heads-up: I have the 180 count on my subscribe and save, but this month, received the 120 count, but was charged for the 180 count.

My husband and I both take 4 of these daily to keep our blood sugar stable!!! His is a lil high and mine a lil low but cinnamon is a natural blood sugar stabilizer!!! I take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner or supper! Depending on where you are from!!! We also take chromium potasipate. It also helps with sugar!

My blood sugar A1c readings were slowly creeping up (most recent being 7.2) and my doctor was starting to talk about taking metformin. But my diabetic specialist had just given me a continuous glucose monitor, and I could see that most of my other anti-sugar herbals weren't working for me very well. So I began searching and found that this Ceylon Cinnamon had great reviews. I already had some low-dose cassia cinnamon and had noticed it was one of the things that actually did seem to help, so I thought I'd give this one a try. I also combined it with another supplement that is a formula containing several different herbals in one. As per instructions, I am only taking two a day (one in the morning or afternoon and the other at night with dinner).I was absolutely shocked. My blood sugar immediately began dropping - a noticeable difference even on the very first day I tried the Ceylon cinnamon. From an average fasting level of 145, with a rare dip down to 125 or so, it went down to 108-125 average fasting level, to a nightly dip below 100. Almost every day it's a little bit lower on average than the day before. And this is just within TWO WEEKS! I have had no sugar spikes above 185, also, and I used to get spikes as high as 255. But now my average spike was usually about 140-160.I was even able to eat a very small dish of ice cream, together with this cinnamon, with NO noticeable sugar spike at all, maybe five points or less! I did this three times to see if the first time had been a fluke. It was the same each time.I don't know how much of this is due to the Ceylon cinnamon and how much is due to the other formula, but so far, taken together they're giving me the results I needed. My diabetic specialist was astonished. My CGM has expired by now, but I get another continuous glucose monitor in another ten days and am really hoping that my numbers will be even better. I can't wait for the next Ac1 test; if this trend continues I think it will definitely be lower than 7.1.

I've been a repeat customer for this product. Last month, I orderd a bottle of 180 capsules. My husband recently asked me to reorder, only a month and a half later, which made us realize the previous bottle contained only 120 capsules instead. Since the 180 capsule bottle should last him 90 days, this was a significant shortage. This discrepancy is disappointing and I advise future buyer to verify the contents of their delivery.
