Item comes in a box with no visual identification, serial number or anything. So that being said i can not look for a software update. The item i purchased is completely different looking then what should up and the instructions are nothing that explains nothing. Literally says plug in. The device does not work correctly or stream correctly. It will only work with youtube and screen mirroring does not work.

Been using it for around 6 months now on my 2018 ford focus sel , works great as far wireless car play usually tack less the one minute to connect , rarely have trouble connecting and when that happens just unplug it and plug it back And works fineDidn't have good luck with mirroring screen , the only time it worked , I have other Samsung phone hotspot but there's was lag between the audio and the video , also there's lag on audio when playing video on the car play , I think there's way to adjust the audio lag in the settings but haven't figure it out yetOverall works great for my application witches CarPlay functions map , audio , Sirilove it , great upgrade inside have to deal with Lightning cord

Disappointed unfortunately this item did not work as described in my vehicle nor did it work in my secondary vehicle bothVehicles had wired CarPlay features

chart says it works on Audi Q7 2021. I bought and when I plug in I get nothing on the screen

Garbage, not working. Stuck on network screen searching…It has android 7.0 and poorly designed hardware. Returning

Amazon keep sending me questions about this product to answer and they are usually would this work in this car or not to make it more easy on you guys if your car doesn’t have apple CarPlay already 100% this will not work this is basically to transfer your wire apple CarPlay to wireless one plus some extra stuff
