I take the encapsulated form of Skullcap, as a prevention for the "Herx" symptoms I get, from having chronic Lyme Disease and being treated with antibiotics for it. I typically use a Skullcap tincture, but find that Skullcap capsules work quite well also. And are a lot less expensive.

Good for what it does but watch out if you have Salicylate intolerance!! Contains high levels! I had serious after effects after finding out through my own experience and research that the salicylate levels in this are quite detrimental to my health.
