Idyll Fleur de Sel - Fine Sea Salt from Greece, 7oz

I am a repeat buyer of this product. It is high quality sea salt and superb for cooking and flavoring. Especially grilled meats. Highly recommended. If you have only bought grocery store "sea salt" you are not tasting high quality sea salt like this one.

This is from Greece not from France...very dissatisfied. Never buying again!!!

Not impressed. Unlike either French or English sea salt this product is not flaky - more like the texture of kosher salt and far more moist than the other better known sea salts. If you are looking for something to sprinkle on your dish just before serving, to add both texture and flavor, this is probably not it.

I love this sea salt! It is so pure, and the texture is just perfect... not too coarse or too fine. It really enhances food in just the right way. If you love to cook with top quality ingredients, this is the sea salt you want.

The best sea salt I have ever used. A little bit goes a very long way. The Idyll olive oil is also phenomenal. Highly recommend any of their products.
