IKEA parts are exactly right
We broke some dowels when we took apart our bookcase. These were inexpensive and they are exactly what ikea sent originally.

Exactly What I Needed for Kallax 16 Cube
These were a lifesaver! My neighbor was kind enough to gift me her disassembled Ikea Kallax 16 cube unit, but she no longer had the hardware to go with it. All pieces are too small for the kallax
I am incredibly disappointed. All of the pieces are too small. I had hoped to put the kallax cubby together and now all have is parts all over the living room that I can’t put together.
