Bien vulgarisé, beaucoup d'informations, ce livre m'aide tout au long de mon allaitement. Ça ne vaut pas la peine de dépenser des fortunes pour des produits pour booster le lait, juste lire ce livre et bien manger. J'aurais aimé le découvrir avant même d'accoucher, il aide et prépare énormément
