WalkerQuiet-Flow SS 50464 Direct Fit Exhaust Muffler Assembly 3" Inlet (ID) 3" Outlet (ID) for Ram 1500

I haven’t got it on yet as it just showed up today but as you can see in the pics it’s been beat to hell already. So one star as it stands now. If I didn’t need it so bad along with them the rest of the exhaust, I’d be sending it back 😠.Will update if it actually fits and works like expected.Update: the muffler did fit perfectly as if it was OEM. I actually bought the entire walker exhaust for my truck and replaced everything from the engine to the tailpipe including the exhaust manifolds. If you have a Dodge with a hemi and you haven’t replaced the manifolds yet, you will. It’s just a matter of time before the studs break off. But I bought the whole system-y pipe with both converters, mid pipe, muffler, and tail pipe. All fit great other than have to order a set of O2 sensor extension harnesses as the O2 bungs in the Walker assembly aren’t in the same location as the OEM exhaust. Trucks runs super quiet now and for the past six months everything has held up great. I did get some gray high temp exhaust paint and paint the entire exhaust to hopefully protect it from rusting as fast as without. There was rust already in the exhaust when I received it. Especially the welds.Update 5/17/2019: Just bought a medium sized travel trailer that weighs under 5000 lbs and my truck can’t get it over 65 mph on 100% level ground. Why you ask? Because the muffler is choking the engine. In fact, it’s gotten so hot (the muffler) that it’s solid blue. It actually glows when it’s dark. Junk. Coming off and going in the trash. Buy something else if you plan on towing or doing anything that would require your engine to be able to breathe. Normal driving and cruising, it’s ok. When you put the hammer down to pass, you notice the lack in performance and your exhaust will sound like numerous busted compressed air hoses. The quiet flow ss is way too restrictive.

Isn't the correct muffler for my vehicle. The welded on "hangars" do not fit the mount points on the truck. There is another 50063 model that also says it fits my vehicle and looking at the pictures it looks like that is the one I should have bought. I had to cut off one of the welded on brackets to keep it from hitting the frame and then buy old style hangars that mount to the inlet and outlet pipes via a muffler clamp and attach those to the mount points on the truck. Having said that, the muffler sounds great (i.e. very quiet) and to be honest it bumped my MPG up by 1/2-1 MPG on the highway. Never seen MPGs that high since owning the vehicle. That is the major reason for the 4 stars.

Great muffler and mounted into place easy. 1 bracket bent and 1 end bent but once bent back everything worked Great.

Easy to install, matches factory setup. Unfortunately, my truck was used and the person that previously pieced it messed up the whole exhaust system and I have to redo the whole thing to bring it back to how it was setup in the beginning

Purchased for my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Quad Cab this is not as they call it a exact fit the hangers on both sides do not line up and the muffler does not go on without tailoring it by cutting some pipes and adding your own hangers and then be ready to weld as far as a muffler it sounds good and seems to be quality thats why i gave it a generous three stars and i had to take it to a muffler shop in order to get it right.

Nice fit. Rubber hangers lined up nicely. I replaced my entire exhaust from the headers back which included this muffler.

2012 Ram 2500 crew cab 8' box. I have to say this was one of the easiest installs I've ever done with an aftermarket muffler. Perfect fit! If your looking for an affordable aftermarket muffler that's very quiet, this is the one for you!

Had my doubts about this, but the unit fit perfectly and is extremely quiet. Definitely a good product.
