Please explain how a supplement "filters blue light" do I peer through the capsules? Smear it on my glasses? Sounds suspicious.

Great buy, but shipping box issue.

I purchase this product for my mother from time to time and while they do exactly as they say, brain & eyes focus improvement while maintaining good value for the quality and quantity, the shipping method could use some work. As much as we appreciate the medication not being crushed, I feel the size of the shipping box could be reduced to fit in a standard mailbox.
